During my recent stay at Lakmini Lodge, I was thrilled with the convenient location which allowed me to easily visit Sigirya Rock and explore the surrounding areas. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The bathroom was also well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant experience. While the breakfast offered was not exceptional, it was satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel for its prime location and satisfactory accommodations.

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and tidy rooms. the staff were friendly and created a pleasant atmosphere. I especially appreciated the delicious and complimentary breakfast. the location is great, within walking distance to the ruins and there are nice restaurants nearby. the owner was extremely helpful, organizing excursions for us and offering fair prices. the view from the rooftop terrace was amazing.

Had a great meal at the restaurant, even though I couldn't understand a word the staff said. The airport nearby added a touch of excitement to my stay. And oh, the terrace was just perfect for people-watching!

Il y a beaucoup de choses à dire de positif sur cet hôtel. le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Pour le prix payé, nous avons bénéficié de nombreux avantages. De plus, cet hôtel est situé tout près de la mer, ce qui était très pratique pour nous qui souhaitions profiter de la plage au maximum.

Enfin, le petit déjeuner inclus était délicieux. Nous avons eu un large choix de plats typiques du pays, ce qui nous a permis de découvrir de nouvelles saveurs.

The view from the balcony was amazing, especially for those planning to visit the nearby attraction. The gardens were well-maintained and provided a nice change from other properties.

The ground floor room we initially stayed in was a bit damp, but the staff was accommodating and moved us to an upstairs room, which was much better. Unfortunately, there was a communication error regarding the promised morning tea for our rock climbing trip.

The VIP balcony offers a stunning view of Sigiriya. Clean and well-presented rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the owner Chandi. Excellent location, close to Sigiriya Rock, restaurants, and a local shop. the terrace provides beautiful views. Chandi went out of his way to help us arrange train tickets and a safari.

The owner and his family at Lakmini Lodge were truly fantastic! They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even took us to a local bottle shop in their tuk tuk to get some beers, which was a fun experience. The buildings were modern and comfortable, and we especially loved the beautiful terrace where we could watch the sunset. The location was perfect for visiting Lion Rock, and there were some great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stumbled upon a hidden gem when we randomly walked into this hotel. The owner/manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. He even personally guided us around town and gave us invaluable advice. The rooftop breakfast with the stunning view of Lion Rock was simply unforgettable. We also appreciated their assistance in setting up a visit to the Kandy classic dance. I highly recommend this hotel for the best service experience in Sri Lanka.

I had an amazing experience at this lodge. the location was perfect, just off the main road and with a great view of the rock from my room. the lodge is very close to Sigiriya Rock and easy to walk to. the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a good bathroom and shower. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the owner even gave me a ride to the start of the climb and ticket office. the food was delicious, especially the curries. I highly recommend Lakmini Lodge for a great stay. Cons: Nothing, everything was excellent. 👍.

The owners were friendly and helpful. Our clean room had good air con, a newly refurbished shower room with a good shower, and a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a stunning view of Lion Rock, and the packed picnic breakfast provided was excellent. Lakmini Lodge arranged transport for us, including a great tuktuk trip and a jeep safari to Kaudulla. Thanks for the fantastic stay.
